We want you to love your purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong fragrance, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost.

Returns

Unopened, unused bottles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because our products are personal-care items, opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Since orders are cash on delivery, approved refunds are returned via cash handover through our courier or by bank/mobile wallet transfer, within 7 business days of approval.
